Break of Dawn Christmas

The day just happen to fall on a "C" shift day, a work day for Paul, so we had to do our Christmas Morning at 5am!!! It was hard rolling out of bed, but after laying there debating, I thought about Jesus, and all the blessings God has poured upon my family, and reminded myself what the day was truly about. So I got out of bed, gratefully... and started brewing the coffee and for the first time had to wake the kids. Although they stumbled into the family room, it wasn't long before we all got into the Christmas Spirit.

After Paul headed off to work, we exchanged gifts with Ra Ra (Sarah) and Mema. We ate left over crab from the night before, watched a movie, took a nap, and then headed over to the Crippens later that evening. The kids played, and Michelle and I watched a "chick" flick and shared a bottle of her red wine. A great ending to a very busy Christmas month.
